Neurodivergent therapy offers a space to understand your mind without shame.
Together we can:
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming. That means I don't see your neurodivergence as a problem to fix — I work with you to understand how your mind works, what supports you, and what doesn't. Many of my clients have spent years being told (explicitly or implicitly) that the way they experience the world is wrong. Therapy here isn't going to do more of that.
My integrative approach means I can draw flexibly on nervous system regulation, somatic tools, trauma-informed work, and coaching principles — depending on what's most helpful for you.
I have been listened to and provided with tools and techniques.
