I'm Jael – a counsellor, coach and EFT practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, binge eating and emotional overwhelm.
I work collaboratively and without judgement. My aim is simple: to give you a warm, safe space where you feel genuinely heard — and to help you find the tools and clarity to move forward.
I offer sessions in both English and Portuguese, and work with clients across the UK and Portugal.

Whether you're caught in cycles of binge eating and restriction, using food to cope with difficult feelings, or simply feel like you've lost trust in yourself around food: this is a space without judgement. We'll work gently towards a calmer, freer relationship with eating.
Grief, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, major life transitions, the particular pressures of living far from home. Sometimes life simply becomes too much to carry alone. Using a range of approaches including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), we'll work through what's weighing on you at a pace that feels right for you.
